A natural affinity with skin
Tallow has a lipid composition remarkably close to that of human sebum. The result: it is recognised and absorbed by the skin, without leaving a greasy film.

Your questions about the ingredient
Is tallow comedogenic?
Tallow is generally very well tolerated, including by combination skin. Applied in a thin layer, it remains non-occlusive. As with any skincare, do a patch test on a small area.
Where does your tallow come from?
From grass-fed cattle. We purify it in small batches in France to obtain a pure, stable base.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin and babies?
Yes, our Fragrance-Free version is particularly suited to reactive skin and the skin of little ones. If in doubt, ask your doctor for advice.
Why no preservative?
Because there is no water in the formula: with no water, there is no microbial growth, so no preservative is needed.
