A noble ingredient, long forgotten
Beef tallow nourished our ancestors' skin for generations. The cosmetics industry gradually replaced it with water, silicones and preservatives. We chose to go back to the essentials.
An origin we stand behind
We select tallow sourced from grass-fed herds. Making the most of this ingredient, rather than wasting it, is part of a respectful "nose-to-tail" approach.
Patient purification
Raw tallow is purified slowly, in small batches, until we obtain a pure, stable and virtually odourless base. No water is added: that's what makes our balms naturally stable, with no preservatives.
Hand-poured in France
Each jar is poured and packed by hand. Our containers — amber glass, frosted glass with a bamboo lid — are chosen to protect the formula and to last.
You should only put on your skin what you could eat.
